Francisco Javier Hirales is a Law graduate from the "Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara". He has vast experience with a career spanning over 35 years; 18 years as Judicial Authority and since 1999 has dedicated himself to Litigation in Civil, Commercial, Criminal and Land Law.
Education:
Law Degree (J.D.) in "Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara" (1978), having obtained his degree by defending the thesis "El artículo 27 Constitucional y la Reforma Agraria en México". He has received diverse certifications and attended courses and congresses located in different cities of Mexico such as: Veracruz, Zacatecas, Pachuca, Mazatlán, Tijuana, Chihuahua, Durango, Monterrey, Guadalajara y Cuernavaca", mainly while working for the State Courts and Court of Appeals.
